Terms and Conditions

• There are no holds on paintings.

• Payment is non-refundable

• I am not liable for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged.

• All packages will be sent via Canada Post.  Canada Post does not offer insurance on unapprised artwork

• All packages will be shipped out of Alberta.

• Shipping is not included in the price of the painting

• The artist has the right to refuse, or discontinue work with a client at any time without cause

• You are under no obligation to purchase the completed custom artwork if it fails to meet you satisfaction.

• Custom artwork will be considered client-terminated after 14 days of unresponsiveness to communication attempts.

• No paintings will be released until paid in full

Local Orders

Orders that will be picked up or delivered locally can pay with the "Buy Now"  button under the desired painting.  

Pick up requires an appointment and delivery is Porch drop off only.
