I had a German shepherd mix as a child called Boomer.  He was smart, faithful and an easy going dog. It is always a pleasure to do a portrait of a best boy. This one turned out better than I could have imagined.  I get very excited to plan for the next breed but it's always hard to decide.  Plaster and acrylic on a small but beautiful canvas.
