Sunflowers seem more alive than other flowers. They move when you are not looking. Like a sunbathing beauty,  shifting positions for optimal tan time. 

They are not just following the sun, they are also detoxing soil of heavy metals. Working hard feeding the bees and organically cleaning your garden.

As sunflowers age they no longer follow the sun and stay permanently facing east to warm up quickly and attract pollinators.  Making the mose of their preserved energy.
