This painting is comprised of plaster and acrylic on canvas. Inspired by the story of how Peggy's Cove came about the name.  It is told that during the 1800's a terrible storm caused a schooner to wreck at Halibut Rock.  The sole survivor swan to shore and the locals rescued her.  The woman's name was Peggy.
